Appointments in one place

Monitoring visits, procedures and milestones live on one calendar. Jot down questions as they come to you, and walk into the appointment with them ready. Send your partner a view-only link so they always know what is next. Tap the glasses icon on a visit or procedure to see what to expect and why it happens.

Labs & cycle insights

Log results and watch them over time, with a short read-out that explains what you are looking at, in plain language. Everything is an estimate built from your own entries. It is here to help you ask better questions, never to replace your care team.

Estradiol over time

Rising steadily, which is common during stimulation. Your clinic will tell you what it means for you.

A gentle note
Checking in on this cycle

It has been a while since anything was logged. That can mean nothing at all, since plans shift. If something has changed that you have not had a chance to record, it can wait until you are ready.

Update this cycleDismiss

Gentle by design

Treatment is emotional, and plans change. When something needs a second look, FertilityFlo says so softly, without alarm, and never assumes what is going on. You choose what to record, what to pause, and what to dismiss.

Always know where you are, what comes next, and why.

Treatment is full of steps that are hard to ask about in the moment. FertilityFlo explains each one as you reach it, in plain language.

Where you are
Your cycle day, your phase, and what that phase means.
What comes next
The next step and an estimated date, adjusted as your cycle moves.
What to expect
Walkthroughs of each procedure, with checklists you can follow.
And why
Tap the glasses icon beside any stage, medication or appointment to read the reasoning behind it.

Why this step
Understanding your trigger shot

It is timed very precisely. Many clinics schedule it about 36 hours before egg retrieval, so the eggs can finish maturing. Your clinic sets the exact time from your own monitoring, so follow the date and time they give you.

A general description only. Confirm your specific instructions with your clinic.

The library covers each phase, procedures like retrieval and transfer, common medications, and natural-cycle tracking. When a result is hard, there is also a quiet section of support resources, written with care and never pushed at you.

Share the journey with your partner

A view-only calendar link keeps them in the loop without handing over your account.

And, when the time comes, after the journey

A simple newborn tracker for feedings, sleep and growth, shareable with your partner.

Set up in a few minutes. Open it for a few seconds a day.

  1. Tell us about your cycle

Choose your treatment type and enter the medications and dates your clinic gave you.

  2. See what is due, day by day

Your schedule updates as your cycle moves, with gentle reminders when you want them. Tap the glasses icon any time to learn why a step matters.

  3. Bring your questions along

Save questions as they come up and walk into each appointment feeling prepared.

Your data is yours.

Questions, answered plainly

Is FertilityFlo medical advice?

No. It gives informational estimates based on what you enter, and it does not diagnose or treat anything. Check anything about your care with your clinic.

What are the glasses icons?

They sit beside stages, medications and appointments. Tap one to read a plain-language explanation of what is happening, what to expect, and why it matters. The guides explain; they never replace your clinic's instructions.

Does it replace my clinic's portal?

No. Your clinic stays in charge of your care. FertilityFlo is your own organizer for the day-to-day details.

How do I use it on my phone?

In the beta, FertilityFlo is a web app. On iPhone, open it in Safari and choose Add to Home Screen, and it opens like any other app.
